EVA linear lighting: the best choice for swimming pools
The EVAline Aqua HE (Harsh Environment) LED linear lighting system is specifically designed for the demanding environment of swimming pools. The requirements and experiences of swimmers formed the starting point for the development. Therefore, our LED linear lighting system combines the six most important properties required for a perfect light experience:
High color accuracy (CRI) of LEDs
There is nothing more disturbing to swimmers than lighting that is too bright. This is why the LEDs of the EVAline line LED linearlighting have a high colour accuracy (CRI 84). This ensures that colors are perceived as natural daylight.
A low glare factor (UGR <19)
EVAline LED linear lighting has a very low glare factor due to the unique microprism shield. This shielding ensures that the powerful LEDs do not cause glare. A must for use in swimming and sports facilities.
Flicker free lighting
Low-frequency flicker in lighting can lead to blurred vision, eye strain and impaired visual perception. The EVAline LED linear lighting is therefore specially developed for flicker-free lighting.
Auto Temperature System (ATS)
To make the fittings and LEDs resistant to the high swimming pool temperatures, we developed the Auto Temperature System (ATS). A unique and smart technology, with which a fixture regulates its own temperature. When it gets too hot, the lighting automatically dims.
Cooling of the LEDs
In the design of the luminaire, we take a high ambient temperature into account by ensuring sufficient cooling capacity. In addition, we provide a special treatment for the LEDs.
Made of anodised aluminum
We make our light lines from extruded aluminum. We have the aluminum profiles anodized with a layer thickness of 25 µm. This ensures that they are resistant to moisture and chemicals such as chlorine.This treatment is also used in applications such as in the maritime sector. Moreover, aluminium is an excellent heat conductor.
