LED linear lighting system
Create an optimally illuminated swimming pool with our EVAline LED linear lighting system, specially designed to perform optimally in swimming pool environments. EVAline LED linear lighting combines the most important properties required for a perfect light experience: a high color accuracy (CRI) of the LEDs, a low glare factor (UGR <19) and a driver with a very low flicker index.

1. Basic module
Length: custom made
Mounted on the ceiling
The EVAline basic module forms the basis of the lighting system. Basic modules have a maximum length of 5 meters and are mounted on the ceiling. It is possible to interconnect basic modules with special connectors.
Connection:
A Wurtz 3-phase 7-core ribbon cable (with emergency supply or dimming) is laid in the basic module. This cable is cut to length at the factory and fitted with an end cap.

2. Light module
Length: 233.2 cm or 117.2 cm
To be mounted on the basic module
The EVAline light module is mounted on the basic module where a light point is desired. There is a choice of symmetrical, asymmetrical and wide-beam lighting. The light modules are equipped with fall protection.
Connection:
The wiring of the power supplies in the light modules are connected to Wurtz connector blocks. A connector is attached to the beginning of the cable to connect mains voltage.

3. Cover module

The cover module is mounted on the intermediate parts to cover the base module. No cable is visible between the light modules. The light and cover modules are mounted alternately according to the lighting plan.

Hinge mechanism
The light and cover modules are attached to the base module with a click-lock hinge.
There is no need to use a screwdriver or other tools when snapping the modules together. This prevents damage to the material and therefore corrosion. EVAline is suspended with hammerhead bolts, possibly combined with additional mounting material.
Since 2023 we have been working with PoolFIX® certified fasteners. PoolFIX® supplies certified fasteners such as nuts, bolts and screws. We think it is important that customers can use our lighting for many years without any worries. The PoolFIX® fasteners contribute directly to this.
