Train like a pro
With Train like a pro, your swimming pool becomes a fully-fledged training facility. You can train using more than 20 ready-made swimming workouts, spread across three programmes, each designed to achieve a different goal.

Personalised workouts
With ‘Start’, you build up step by step: ten workouts that gradually increase in duration, from 15 to 45 minutes, ideal for improving fitness and technique. ‘Strength’ consists of five short, explosive sprint workouts lasting 10 to 17 minutes that make you faster and more powerful. And ‘Fitness’ offers five longer sessions lasting 30 to 60 minutes, allowing you to work specifically on your endurance. Would you like customised workouts? Put together your own workouts and save them. A personal profile tailors the pace and intensity to your level, so every swimmer in the household can train at their own pace.

Each workout is structured as a complete session: a warm-up, core exercises with interval, sprint and endurance elements that increase in intensity, and a cool-down. Built-in rest periods give you just enough time to catch your breath before the next exercise begins.

The EVAsubaqua underwater lighting system is not merely a decorative feature here, but a training partner. In a counter-current machine, you swim in one spot, without the lanes and turning points that normally provide you with a sense of orientation. The light restores that sense of orientation. Each exercise changes colour from red to green to blue, so you can see at a glance which phase you’re in, without having to look at a clock or screen. During rest periods, the light turns white, and the number of white flashes shows how many repetitions you have left. This allows you to stay fully focused on your stroke, whilst the system guides you through the training session.

EVA Web app
In the EVA Web app, you can see the entire training session on screen, with your progress displayed in real time. This allows you to get the most out of every exercise and train at home in a way that you would otherwise only be able to do in a competition pool.

ECA, the brain of the EVAstream
Every EVAstream consists of a turbine (in the water) and an ECA, the brain of every EVAstream that determines the functionality available to you. The ECA also connects the swimming machine, the underwater lighting and the controls.
